Von 2002 bis 2005 war con|temporary ein temporärer Ausstellungsraum in Berlin, der von Axel Lapp kuratiert wurde.
An wechselnden Orten präsentierte con|temporary ein anspruchsvolles, internationales Ausstellungsprogramm und bot damit vorwiegend jüngeren Künstlern die Möglichkeit, ihre Arbeiten in angemessenem Rahmen dem Berliner Publikum vorzustellen.
Mittlerweile wird die Arbeit von con|temporary durch Axel Lapp Projects fortgeführt, wobei es gelegentlich auch weiterhin temporäre Projekte geben wird.

From 2002 until 2005, con|temporary was a temporary exhibition gallery, that was curated by Axel Lapp.
For fixed periods of time and in changing locations, con|temporary presented an exciting programme of international exhibitions, thereby offering mostly younger artists the opportunity to present their work in an appropriate environment.
Since January 2007 the work of con|temporary is continued through Axel Lapp Projects, even though occasionally there might be other temporary projects.
